"After clearing out my closet and helping me part with unflattering styles, Jill helped me to realize that I had all the necessary accessories I needed right in my jewelry box! I have been collecting vintage and antique jewelry for years. I never thought about incorporating pieces into my daily wardrobe; I saved them for special occasions. Now when I plan my outfit for the day, I take a few extra minutes to find the perfect piece of jewelry that will complete the look. It makes me feel great when someone comments on the jewelry I'm wearing or compliments my outfit. Jill helped me find my style, and for that I am very grateful!"

Visiting you from The Mogul Mom. I love your tips! I do something similar–focusing on evening out my skintone and playing up my eyes. If I plan to exercise after getting the kids to the bus, I just make my hair “reasonable” and moisturize/sunscreen since I’ll shower afterward.
I think it helps, too, that you have a great hairstyle to work with. Once I found a stylist that helped me find the right shape for my natural curls, it’s been a lot easier to do my hair in minutes.
Thank you Gina! Yes, a great haircut is a must. I always say- hair is the accessory you wear every day! Check out some of my other favorite tips here: http://jmstylist.com/2009/11/01/my-top-5-stylist-tips-on-the-rhode-show/
Love this! Thanks for your tips, Jill! Really helpful for work-at-home moms, like me. I’ve always believed that we need to look our best at home as we do at client meetings and pow-wows out of the house. Looking forward to following more of your tips.
Thanks Martine! Look for more videos coming soon
Love this! I am a low-maintenance mama by nature and being able to pull my stuff together in just a few minutes flat is invaluable! Btw, my daughter’s name is Kaiya (with the ‘y’) also
My main focus when getting myself together is my skin…I need the concealer and a little foundation and powder. It’s like my canvas!
Thank you Jessica! My makeup artist always says we must treat our skin as a canvas and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
i love the cute face you make when you put on make up!
ha ha Hannah – always smile when you put on blush so you know where the apples of your cheeks are!
