I love your tips! I do something similar–focusing on evening out my skintone and playing up my eyes. If I plan to exercise after getting the kids to the bus, I just make my hair “reasonable” and moisturize/sunscreen since I’ll shower afterward. I think it helps, too, that you have a great hairstyle to work with. Once I found a stylist that helped me find the right shape for my natural curls, it’s been a lot easier to do my hair in minutes. jmstylist February 1, 2012 Reply Thank you Gina! Yes, a great haircut is a must. I always say- hair is the accessory you wear every day! Thanks for your tips, Jill! Really helpful for work-at-home moms, like me. I’ve always believed that we need to look our best at home as we do at client meetings and pow-wows out of the house. Looking forward to following more of your tips. jmstylist February 5, 2012 Reply Thanks Martine! Look for more videos coming soon 😉 Jessica February 2, 2012 Reply Love this! I am a low-maintenance mama by nature and being able to pull my stuff together in just a few minutes flat is invaluable! Btw, my daughter’s name is Kaiya (with the ‘y’) also 🙂 My main focus when getting myself together is my skin…I need the concealer and a little foundation and powder. It’s like my canvas! jmstylist February 5, 2012 Reply Thank you Jessica! My makeup artist always says we must treat our skin as a canvas and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Hannah Marcotti February 3, 2012 Reply i love the cute face you make when you put on make up! jmstylist February 5, 2012 Reply ha ha Hannah – always smile when you put on blush so you know where the apples of your cheeks are! Kathryn February 27, 2012 Reply I loved this!! I pretty much have only 5 minutes to get ready in the morning between my kids and running out the door. I literally took notes 🙂 And I never understood what dry shampoo did. I’m definitely going to get some. Great video. Thank you! jmstylist February 28, 2012 Reply Thank you Kathryn! Dry shampoo is the BEST – you will love it. pingbacks / trackbacks Morning Glory In 5 Minutes Flat | The Mogul Mom […] Watch Jill’s five minute routine (including her favorite products!) here.
