Friday Favorites: Matisse “Pepper” boots

 In Shoes

I still get butterflies over these boots. I wore them like crazy last year, and I couldn’t wait to bust them out again this season. Now, we all have different thresholds when it comes to price, but for me, this was the most I had ever spent on a pair of shoes.

Thank goodness for the concept of cost-per-wear* (CPW)! I’ve got them down to about $3 at this point, and I still swoon over them, so it’s a win-win 🙂

*CPW = Total cost of a garment divided by the number of times you have worn it. (The shirt you got on sale at tjmaxx for $19.99 and wore just once has a much higher CPW!)
